Personnel Selection


Personnel Selection is a scholarly work, published in 1997 in ''Annual Review of Psychology''. The main subjects of the publication include personality, merge, social psychology, industrial and organizational psychology, selection (genetic algorithm), job analysis, applied psychology, personnel selection, competence, psychology, -, emotional intelligence, work engagement, and Big Five personality traits. The review revolves around three themes: (a) attention toward criteria and models of performance, (b) interest in personality measures as predictors of job performance, and (c) work on the person-organization fit selection model.
