Palaeolyngbya
Palaeolyngbya is a cyanobacteria from the Proterozoic. Its cells are roughly 10 microns wide. Fossils have been recorded from the Bitter Springs Group, Kushalgarh Formation, Rhynie Chert and Gaoyuzhuang Formation.
