Organisational effectiveness and agility
Organisational effectiveness and agility is a scholarly work, published in 2018 in ''Journal of Organizational Effectiveness''. The main subjects of the publication include business, computer science, collaborative network, process management, institutional theory, argument, glossary of archaeology, set, flexibility, knowledge management, and sociology. The authors should however expect different outcomes for the three different employee segments of elite and high-skilled employees, a squeezed middle of white collar and professional staff, and low-skilled workers. Originality/value The paper captures recent questioning about the role and purpose of business in the neo-liberal economy and uses it to highlight some of the tensions; consequently, this affects the way authors think about organisation effectiveness.
