Oleg Felzer
Oleg Felzer was an Azerbaijani and Soviet composer and teacher. He taught at the Baku Conservatory for many years before coming to New York City from Baku in 1989. His pieces have been commissioned by the Continuum Ensemble and the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center.
