Obrataň


Obrataň is a municipality and village in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 800 inhabitants.
Obrataň lies approximately west of Pelhřimov, west of Jihlava, and south-east of Prague.

Transport

Obrataň is located on the railway line Jihlava–Tábor. In addition, Obrataň is connected with Jindřichův Hradec by a narrow-gauge railway, operated by the Jindřichohradecké místní dráhy company. It serves mostly as a tourist attraction.
