Nicolas Guillou
Nicolas Guillou is a French jurist who has served as a judge of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers and the International Criminal Court. In the former role he issued the arrest warrant for Salih Mustafa.
Education and professional career
Nicolas Guillou earned a master’s degree in International Criminal Law and Criminal Policy in Europe from the Sorbonne University. He graduated from the French National School for the Judiciary, where he taught and also managed training programs for judges specializing in international justice.Career
