Premise
Following the events of Big Game, the death of his mentor Wesley Gibson, and himself being beaten to a pulp by the superhero team the Ambassadors and imprisoned in hospital, Nemesis escapes to take on a protégé, serial killer Pedro Hernandez, as "Rookie", and regain his power, opposed by four fathers of people slaughtered by him, who get together with the Fraternity's super-tech technology in an attempt to take him down, while Nemesis enacts a heist on "Epstein's other island".
Development
Following the release of the Millarworld crossover miniseries Big Game, in December 2023, Millar announced the Millarworld catalogue had been moved from Image Comics to Dark Horse Comics, who would publish an omnibus of the first two volumes of Nemesis, as well as a third volume, Nemesis: Rogues' Gallery, to be illustrated by Valerio Giangiordano.
Sequel
On the conclusion of Nemesis: Rogues' Gallery in January 2025, a further series, Nemesis: Forever, was announced to be in development, again written by Millar and to be published by Dark Horse Comics.
