Needs Assessment
Needs Assessment is a scholarly work, published in 2012 in ''Journal for Nurses in Staff Development''. The main subjects of the publication include medical education, psychology, health economics, orientation (vector space), patient satisfaction, nursing, business, and needs assessment. A needs assessment of NGNs, employers, and nursing educators was completed, and the results were used to develop a toolkit for employers.
