The 2020 United States census reported that Mountain View Acres had a population of 3,337. The population density was. The racial makeup of the CDP was 34.0% White, 6.5% African American, 2.5% Native American, 2.9% Asian, 0.3% Pacific Islander, 34.4% from other races, and 19.2% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 63.1% of the population.
The whole population lived in households. There were 954 households, out of which 40.3% included children under the age of 18, 53.0% were married-couple households, 7.1% were cohabiting couple households, 21.1% had a female householder with no partner present, and 18.8% had a male householder with no partner present. 15.7% of households were one person, and 6.6% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 3.5. There were 758 families.
The age distribution was 25.1% under the age of 18, 10.0% aged 18 to 24, 24.2% aged 25 to 44, 25.5% aged 45 to 64, and 15.2% who were 65years of age or older. The median age was 37.1years. For every 100 females, there were 99.6 males.

Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1,647 persons.
