The racial makeup of the CDP was 34.0% White, 6.5% African American, 2.5% Native American, 2.9% Asian, 0.3% Pacific Islander, 34.4% from other races, and 19.2% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 63.1% of the population.The whole population lived in households. There were 954 households, out of which 40.3% included children under the age of 18, 53.0% were married-couple households, 7.1% were cohabiting couple households, 21.1% had a female householder with no partner present, and 18.8% had a male householder with no partner present. 15.7% of households were one person, and 6.6% were one person aged 65 or older.
