Montana High School Association
The Montana High School Association is the governing body of high school athletics in the U.S. state of Montana. It was founded in 1921 and today consists of 180+ member schools.
Classifications
The MHSA divides schools based upon their total enrollment for all activities. As of 2023, the enrollment criteria for each class is: 801 and up for Class AA, 301-800 for Class A, 101-300 for Class B and 1-100 for Class C.
