Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

The Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation is a senior minister in the Government of Ireland and leads the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation.
The Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation as of 2025 is Jack Chambers, TD.
He is assisted by two Ministers of State:

Kevin "Boxer" Moran, TD – Minister of State for the Office of Public Works; and
Emer Higgins, TD – Minister of State for public procurement, digitalisation and eGovernment.

The office was created in July 2011, taking over some of the functions of the Minister for Finance.
