Michael Kilby
Michael Leopold Kilby was a British Conservative politician who served as a Member of the European Parliament for Nottingham between 1984 [European Parliament election in the United Kingdom|1984] and 1989 European [Parliament election in the United Kingdom|1989].
Prior to his election as a Member of the European Parliament, he had served as the mayor of Dunstable in 1963-64. A keen cricketer, he played Minor Counties of [English and Welsh cricket|minor counties cricket] for Bedfordshire [County Cricket Club|Bedfordshire] from 1950-55, making 15 appearances in the Minor Counties Championship. He died in September 2008 at Hawkhurst, Kent.
