Mariápolis
Mariápolis is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. The population is 4,091 in an area of 187 km2. The elevation is 410 m.
The town was founded in 1943 by Jan Antonín Baťa as part of his expansion of the Bata shoe company, founded by his brother Tomáš.
