Map Projections
Map Projections is a scholarly work, published in 1913 in ''Nature''. The main subjects of the publication include biology, computational biology, volunteered geographic information, and map projection. The authors therefore welcome the appearance of the present volume, in which the subject is treated clearly and in a manner which makes but small demand upon the mathematical training of the geographer, while at the same time the important points in any projection, suitability for special purposes, and facility of construction are given especial prominence.
