Maid Island (Alaska)
Maid Island is a small island located in the Necker Islands group, approximately 16 miles south of Sitka, within the Alexander Archipelago. It is located close to the Goddard area and within the waters of Southeast Alaska and British Columbia, which are part of the Pacific Ocean. The island has a land area of approximately 0.289 square kilometers and a coastline measuring around 5.6 kilometers. Maid Island has a mean elevation of 33 meters above sea level, with its highest point reaching an estimated 502 meters.
