Mabawa is an administrative ward in Tanga City Council of Tanga Region in Tanzania. The ward is bounded to the north by the wards of Makorora and Msambweni. East of here is Mzingani. The Tangasisi ward is to the south. Duga ward is to the west. The ward covers an area of, and has an average elevation of. According to the 2012 census, the ward has a total population of 35,125.
