Link Logistics is an American logistics and real estate investment company headquartered in New York City.
History
Link Logistics was founded in early 2019 after Blackstone merged several of its portfolio companies. In June 2019 it acquired the United States portfolio of GLP for $19 billion, which was one of the largest deals ever between two private companies. The company became the largest logistics real estate operator working exclusively in the United States, with the intention of the "last-mile" solution in the logistics supply chain.As of 2025, the company's properties include facilities in major metropolitan areas, including Southern California, South Florida, Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago, New Jersey, and the San Francisco Bay Area.
Sustainability
In May 2025, Link Logistics partnered with solar-power company Reactivate to develop and operate solar panels across parts of the 500 million square feet of facilities.Link Logistics was awarded the Energy Star Partner of the Year Sustained Excellence Award for three consecutive years, in 2022, 2023, and 2024. The company also partners with The American Forest Foundation and The Nature Conservancy to prioritize sustainable supply chains, including $5 million in financial support.
