Lesser Nogai Horde

The Lesser Nogai Horde, not to be confused with the Nogai Horde on the Caspian,
was the Nogai Tatar territory in Kuban, it was a nominal vassal allied with the Crimean Khanate, during the 16th and 17th centuries.
The lesser Nogais were nominally subject to the Crimean Khanate. They were divided into the following groups: Budjak, Yedisan, Jamboyluk, Yedickul and Kuban. In particular, the Yedisans are mentioned as a distinct group, and in various locations
The horde was also known simply as Nogai Tatars, not to be confused with the North Nogay horde.
