Leptochoeridae

Leptochoeridae is an extinct family of basal artiodactyl mammals from the early Eocene to late Oligocene of North America.

Taxonomy

Leptochoeridae was considered a subfamily of Dichobunidae by McKenna and Bell. However, Theodor et al. treat leptochoerids as a distinct family.
