Leonid Shkadov
Leonid Mikhailovich Shkadov was a Russian scientist, engineer in aircraft development and optimisation, one of the TsAGI deputy directors, Doctor of Engineering, professor, recipient of the USSR State Prize.
Shkadov came up with the idea of the Shkadov Thruster.
