Language Attrition


Language Attrition is a scholarly work by Monika S. Schmid, published in 2009. The main subjects of the publication include speech perception, computer science, affect, dental attrition, sociolinguistics, natural language processing, translanguaging, psychology, vocabulary, linguistics, and identification. 'Language attrition' describes the loss of, or changes to, grammatical and other features of a language as a result of declining use by speakers who have changed their linguistic environment and language habits.
