Lakhdar Rakhroukh

Lakhdar Rakhroukh is the Algerian Minister of Public Works, Hydraulics and Basic Infrastructure. He was appointed on 9 September 2022.

Education

Rakhroukh holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the National Polytechnic School.
