Kratié Airport


Kratié Airport was an airport serving Kratié, the capital town of Kratié Province, Cambodia. Its distance is about from the town's center. The airport's land area is around 12.5 hectares. The runway was 1,180 meters long and 30 meters wide, and had a laterite surface.

History

The airport, initially made for civilian use in 1972 under the Khmer Republic, was converted into a military airfield in 1977 under the Khmer Rouge and reverted to civilian use in 2006, but is currently not operational.
