Kil Chae
Kil Chae was a Korean scholar-official who served near the end of Goryeo dynasty. A Goryeo loyalist, he refused to serve the new Joseon dynasty that overthrew Goryeo. The followers of Kil's teachings would coalesce as the Sarim faction.
