Kendal is a town and administrative district, and the regency seat of Kendal Regency, Central Java province, Indonesia. Its population was 61,987 as at mid 2024.

Climate

Kendal has a tropical monsoon climate with moderate rainfall from June to October and heavy to very heavy rainfall from November to May.
