Acquisitions
In April 2011, Basildon Chemicals was purchased by the KCC Corporation. KCC expanded into silicone emulsification with the acquisition.In 2024, KCC Corporation acquired U.S.-based Momentive Performance Materials, Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
