  • Saint Acestes, one of the three soldiers who led St Paul to execution in Rome, he was converted by him, and they were beheaded
  • Saints Processus and Martinian, martyrs who were greatly venerated in Rome.
  • Saints Ariston, Crescentian, Eutychian, Urban, Vitalis, Justus, Felicissimus, Felix, Marcia and Symphorosa, a group of martyrs in the Campagna, under Diocletian
  • Saint Monegundis of Chartres, in Gaul
  • Saint Oudaceus, third Bishop of Llandaff in Wales
  • Saint Swithun, Bishop and Wonderworker of Winchester
