Jouko Skinnari
Jouko Skinnari (12 August 1946 – 21 April 2016) is a Finn politician and sports journalist. He was born in Lahti. He died in Lahti.
Awards received include Commander of the Order of the Lion of Finland, Knight First Class of the Order of the White Rose of Finland, Cross of Merit of the War Invalides, and Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star.
