Jim Goyer

Jim Goyer is an American politician and businessman who serves as the director of the White House Office of Public Liaison for the Trump administration, and also as Deputy Assistant to the President from 2025.

Early life, education and career

Goyer, is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and a graduate of Mountain Brook High School and the University of Alabama. He worked at Goldman Sachs as an Associate of Asset and Wealth Management.

Political career

Trump Administration appointee

On January 24, 2025, Goyer was appointed to the White House as Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of the Office of Public Liaison. He served President Trump in his first Administration as Special Assistant to the President and deputy director of the Office of Public Liaison.
Goyer previously served as Political Coordinator at the National [Republican Senatorial Committee].
