Japan at the 2026 Winter Olympics
Japan will compete at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy, from 6 to 22 February 2026, it will be the nation's 23rd appearance at the Winter Olympic Games.
Speed skater Wataru Morishige and Snowboarder Sena Tomita was chosen as the nation's flag bearer at the opening ceremony.

In the 2025 World Figure Skating Championships in Boston, the United States, Japan secured three quota in men's singles, three quota in women's singles, and one quota in pair skating. Japan earned an additional quota in pairs at the ISU Skate to Milano Figure Skating Qualifier 2025 in Beijing, China. Furthermore, Japan qualified to the team event..
