Isaac Yacob

Isaac Yacob is an American professional basketball coach who serves as an assistant coach for the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association.

Coaching career

Los Angeles Lakers (2017-2019)

Yacob served as a coaching associate for the Lakers from 2017 to 2019 under Luke Walton.

Sacramento Kings (2019-2022)

Yacob was hired by the Sacramento Kings to serve as the assistant video coordinator from 2019 to 2021 and served as the head video coordinator from 2021-2022.

Indiana Pacers (2022-present)

In 2022, Yacob joined the Indiana Pacers as the Video Coordinator. He was promoted to player development coach in 2023. Yacob led the 2025 Pacers Summer League Team to the top scoring offense in Summer League, and a record above.500 with zero 1st round picks & eleven undrafted players. First Coach to do so under the current Rick Carlisle era.
