Inquisitr is a news website started in 2007 for the purpose of covering news and entertainment stories. It is owned and operated by Daniel, which he bought it in 2011. The website is now managed by VP.

History

The web domain for Inquisitr was registered in Iceland on August 6, 2007. It was founded by former TechCrunch journalist Duncan Riley. Inquisitr was eventually put up for sale in 2011, with Riley citing personal reasons for the sale.

Leadership and Strategic Pivot

In March 2020, CEO Dominick Miserandino announced a comprehensive overhaul of Inquisitr Media, reporting a revenue growth of 240% in 2019 and a 42% increase in site traffic, which moved the company to full profitability after previously operating at losses of approximately US$ 150,000 per month.
