Innovative design of nano-vacuum triode is a scholarly work by Francesco Toschi and Claudio Paoloni, published in 2007. The main subjects of the publication include nano, optoelectronics, nanotechnology, vacuum tube, vacuum arc, nanoelectromechanical system, realization, cathode, triode, materials science, carbon nanotube, and electrical engineering.
