Hygroryza is a monotyipic genus of Asian flowering plants in the grass family. The only known species is Hygroryza aristata, native to China, Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam.
