Huilai County
Huilai County is a county covering part of the eastern coast of Guangdong province, China, facing the South China Sea to the south. It lies under the jurisdiction of Jieyang. According to the 2020 Chinese census, the county has a population of 1,040,779 under its hukou, system. Amongst them, 437,430 are downtown residents.
