Hubert Raudaschl
Hubert Raudaschl was an Austrian sailboat manufacturer and Olympic athlete. He participated in nine Olympic games between 1964 and 1996. Raudaschl competed in the List of [athletes with the most appearances at Olympic Games|second most Olympic Games], behind Canadian Ian Millar and tied with Soviet/Latvian Afanasijs Kuzmins.
Biography
Raudaschl was born in Sankt Gilgen am Wolfgangsee on 26 August 1942. He won two Olympic silver medals, one in Mexico City in 1968 in Finn sailing, the other one in Moscow in 1980 in Star sailing.He was a two time World Champion and a five time European Champion.
Raudaschl died in Bad Ischl on 26 November 2025, at the age of 83.
