Housseyn Fardjallah


Housseyn Fardjallah was an Algerian male weightlifter, competing in the 77 kg category and representing Algeria at international competitions.
As a junior, he competed at the 2010 [Summer Youth Olympics] in the Weightlifting at the [2010 Summer Youth Olympics – Boys' 69 kg|boys' 69 kg event]. He participated at the 2013 Mediterranean Games in the Weightlifting at the [2013 Mediterranean Games – Men's 77 kg|77 kg event]. He won the bronze medal at the 2015 African Games. He won the silver medal at the 2016 African Weightlifting Championships after finishing first in the snatch and second in the clean & jerk.
Fardjallah died on 20 November 2016 in a traffic collision at age 23.
