The Highways Act 1662 is an act of the Parliament of England.
Legacy
The whole act was repealed by section 1 of, and the schedule to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1863.The Act was meant to be a general law for England and Wales, it specifically targeted the Wealds of Surrey, Sussex, and Kent.
