Heptanema
Heptanema is an extinct genus of prehistoric coelacanth from the Middle Triassic of northern Italy and southern Switzerland.
The type and only species is Heptanema paradoxa. Woodward suggested that Coelacanthus minor could be a species of Heptanema.
