Harakat al-AbdalHarakat al-Abdal is an Iraqi militant group. It fought in the Syrian civil war.HistoryIt was founded in 2014 in southern Iraq to battle Islamic State. That year, it extended its operations to Syria in Aleppo and Nubl. In 2016 they launched attacks on Al Tanf and surroundings, but they were repelled. They are part of Popular Mobilization Forces such as the 39th Division.
