The song "Waiting for My Real Life to Begin" has been featured in a number of television series: Scrubs, Dawson's Creek, The Hills, What About Brian, Cane, The Cleaner, Judging Amy, Miami Medical, and Brothers & Sisters and A Million Little Things.The song was also featured in the films Penguin Bloom, ''Morning Glory, and Words & Pictures''.
In December 2005, Hay and Heather Mills digitally re-released "My Brilliant Feat" as a charity single as a tribute to the late footballer George Best who died on 25 November 2005. Proceeds went to the Donor Family Network supporting organ donor families and promoting organ and tissue donation.
