Germaine Joumard
Germaine Joumard (31 July 1898 – 26 February 1956) is a French painter, editor-in-chief, fashion illustrator, publisher, artistic director, and journalist. She was born in Retournac. She died in 8th arrondissement of Paris.
She was educated at École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts de Lyon. This person's employers include fashion magazine. Awards received include Knight of the Legion of Honour.
