Kartvelian studies


The Kartvelian studies also referred as Kartvelology or Georgian studies is a field of humanities covering the history, languages, religion and/or culture of Georgia and the Georgian people.
In a narrower sense, the term usually refers to the research activities conducted on these problems outside Georgia.
