Garey is a census-designated place in Santa Barbara County, California located east of U.S. Route 101 about southeast of Santa Maria and north of Sisquoc. The ZIP Code is 93454, and the community is inside area code 805. The population was 72 at the 2020 census.

History

Garey was founded in 1889, named after horticulturalist Thomas Garey.
