Gareth Marriott
Gareth John Marriott is a British slalom canoeist who competed at the international level from 1986 to 1997.
Competing in two Summer Olympics, he won a silver medal in the [Canoeing at the 1992 Canoe Slalom World Cup|1992 Summer Olympics – Men's slalom C-1|C1 event] at Barcelona in 1992 and finished 4th in the C1 event at Atlanta in 1996
Marriott also won three medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a silver and two bronzes.
He won the overall World Cup title three times in the C1 class.
