GPU-accelerated steady-state computation of large probabilistic Boolean networks

GPU-accelerated steady-state computation of large probabilistic Boolean networks is a scholarly work, published in 2019 in ''Formal Aspects of Computing''. The main subjects of the publication include protein structure prediction, probabilistic logic, state space, state, computer science, gene expression, computational science, parallel computing, theoretical computer science, computation, gene regulatory network, massively parallel, and algorithm. The authors propose a trajectory-level parallelisation framework to accelerate the computation of steady-state probabilities in large PBNs with the use of GPUs.
