Fog Lane Park

History
Fog Lane Park was established in the former part of the 20th century as part of Manchester City Council’s initiative to expand urban green spaces. Over the decades, the park has been enhanced through community involvement and local government investment. Its development has made it a popular destination for residents in Withington and Didsbury.Fog Lane Park earned its name from a grass commonly known as "Yorkshire Fog"; a grass which grows within the park.Fog Lane Park was one of the first public parks in all of Manchester.Layout and facilities
