Fernando da Guerra
Fernando da Guerra was a Portuguese ecclesiastic. He was successively Roman [Catholic Diocese of Faro|bishop of Algarve], Roman Catholic [Diocese of Porto, Portugal|bishop of Porto] and finally Roman Catholic [Archdiocese of Braga|archbishop of Braga]. As Archbishop, he was known for his defense of the Church's rights and privileges.
He built the Archbishop's [Palace of Braga|Braga's Archiepiscopal Court], containing the Medieval Hall and library.
