Fernando Guzmán Mata
Fernando Antonio Guzmán Mata was a Costa Rican politician and doctor. He held the position of Second Vice President of Costa Rica during the administration of Daniel Oduber Quirós.
Alongside he created the Costa Rica Institute of Technology.
