Facturas

Facturas is the name given in Argentina to describe any type of pastry. The pastries were introduced by immigrants from the Italian, German and French confectionery industry, each of the different varieties were renamed by the Sociedad Cosmopolita de Resistencia y Colocación de Obreros Panaderos, which strongly adhered to anarchism.
